As an employee centered entity, Charming Caregivers and Homemakers prioritize the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our caregivers. 

We have demonstrated that by partnering with world class organizations such as the IAPCG that prioritize the needs and interests of caregivers. 

 We are proud sponsors of the Annual Caregivers Wellness workshop organized by the International Association of Professional Caregivers (IAPCG). 

At Charming Caregivers & Homemakers, we understand that proper training and practice is needed for the effective care of our clients. 

So we have partnered with the IAPCG to hold regular training sessions for all employees to ensure they are abreast with the best practices for the care industry.

We do offer online certification programs for persons who need to have basic training to kick off their careers in Care giving.

We are also proud sponsors and partners  of Global Care Awards:an award scheme presented by the International Association of Professional Caregivers that honors excellence in the care industry. 

The 2026 Global Care Awards and annual conference will be held in Miami,Florida.
